Seven-Story Office Building Planned Behind Fenway Park's Left Field Wall

A striking new addition is coming to the Fenway neighborhood. The $1.6 billion project will bring a seven-story structure right behind the Green Monster. The Boston Red Sox and Fenway Sports Group will make this their new home base, with retail space on the lower floors. This building marks the start of major changes around the ballpark, with construction set to start in 2026.
